The chief promoter and Chairman of Headstrong International, Vivek has 25 years of entrepreneurial experience in multiple industries. Prior to starting Headstrong International, Vivek was a mentor and a board member in various real estate organizations. Under his tutelage and supervision, Riddhi Siddhi Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd. has been able to execute splendid real estate developments like Lake City Mall (Udaipur), Elements Mall (Jaipur), Precious Mall (Jaipur), Royal Palms (Jammu) to name a few.
Vivek’s first tryst with entrepreneurship was in running a regional logistics and petroleum distribution operation. With an ideology emanating the spirit of working for self, Vivek moved on to real estate development. He has done engineering from MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Vivek brings a gamut of entrepreneurial experience to the organization, along with his astute business sense and leadership that drives the committed team at Headstrong.
Director
A seasoned professional with 35 years of experience and deep industry knowledge, Hemendra started his professional journey with a business of minerals processing and marketing. Hemendra’s strong operational and process knowledge has enabled Headstrong to establish itself as one of the leading multi-commodity trading houses in India. During his initial stint, he created a business of minerals processing and marketing, which currently employs 30-35 direct resources and 100 indirect employees in his factories and Mines located in Udaipur, Rajasthan. He is a problem solver and adopts an analytical approach to deal with challenging business situations.
Hemendra is also a committed social worker, devoting himself for causes related to inculcating moral values in children and creation of social ecosystem wherein every one respects and helps each other.

Meenakshi is a dynamic entrepreneur with an experience of almost three decades, primarily working in the space of raw materials processing. Currently, the promoter of Maya Minerals, Meenakshi has garnered a wealth of experience in raw materials processing for ceramics industry. Meenakshi believes in applying her business acumen and implement robust go-to market strategies for realizing the true potential of the organization. Being curious by nature, Meenakshi is always on the lookout for the next innovation in the raw materials processing space.
Meenakshi strongly believes in giving back to the community, and happens to be an active social worker, serving as a Director on Board of women-empowered co-operative bank in Rajasthan.
Chief Executive Officer
A Management Graduate from Amity University, Noida, Deepak has worked in multiple sectors like retail, real estate, minerals processing and marketing industries. Having gained an experience of 8 years, Deepak’s leadership has proven to be a boon in the establishment and creation of a market place for Headstrong’s products. Under Deepak’s leadership, Headstrong has reflected quick growth with an expanding clientele. With a passion for minerals trading industry and a knack for networking, Deepak homes two effective attributes that is leveraged to maintain Headstrong’s advantage in the multi-commodity trading space.
C.A., Vice President, Business Development
A practicing Chartered Accountant with more than 3 years of experience, Rajeet has honed his expertise in the areas of audit, taxes and finance. Rajeet’s affinity and comfort with numbers has allowed Headstrong to set realistic revenue targets and realize them in a stipulated time period. Combining his number crunching skills with a liking for an ever-growing customer base, he manages business development for Headstrong International. Rajeet has been a part of Headstrong International since its inception and ventured into entrepreneurship with the organization.
Executive Director
A young veteran and an entrepreneur with an experience of more than fifteen years and still in his early thirties. He is currently based out of North-West India and have been associated with versatile business portfolio such as Mining, Logistics, Transport, Earth Moving Equipment and Real Estate. He has been instrumental in sourcing and procurement of world class minerals and has swiftly executed projects such as supply of 50,000 MT of bauxite in less than three months of time.
